Orders and delivery
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours. Depending on where you are in India, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Some items are made for you after you order, and these are ready to ship within 48 working hours. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.
How can I track my order?
Visit our Track Your Order page and enter your order details to see where your parcel is.
Which payment methods do you accept?
You can pay by UPI, debit or credit card (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay and American Express) or net banking.
Returns and exchanges
Can I exchange for a different size or item?
Yes. Raise an exchange request within 7 days of delivery, and you can swap an unused, unwashed product in its original packaging for another size or any other item in our store. Shipping charges are not covered for these exchanges. Full details are on our Returns & Exchanges page.
What if I received a wrong or damaged item?
We are sorry if that happens. Raise a request within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the product and its packaging, and we will exchange it free of charge, including shipping both ways.
How do I start a return or exchange?
Use our return request form within 7 days of delivery, or email order@homeplus.online with your order number, and we will guide you through the next steps.
Our bedding
What is included in a fitted sheet set?
Each set has one fitted sheet, made for mattresses up to 30 cm deep, and two standard 50 x 75 cm pillowcases. The fitted sheet has elastic all the way round, so it fits snugly and stays put.
Which sizes do you offer?
Our fitted sheet sets come in Single, Double, Queen and King. Check your mattress size before ordering, and message us if you need help choosing.
Percale or sateen: which should I choose?
Percale is crisp, cool and matte, ideal if you sleep warm. Sateen is smooth and silky with a soft sheen, and feels a little warmer and more luxurious.
Does a higher thread count mean better sheets?
Not always. Yarn quality and finishing matter more than the number. We use pure cotton made with combed yarn, which is smoother, stronger and pills less.
Are your products certified?
Selected products use fabric certified to OEKO-TEX, GOTS or OCS standards. A product is certified only where this is mentioned on its product page. See our Care Guide for details.
How should I wash my bedding?
Wash on a gentle cycle in cool or lukewarm water with a mild detergent, and dry in the shade. Our Care Guide has the full details.

Do you take custom or bulk orders?
Yes. As the manufacturer, we can make custom sizes, colours and packing for hotels, hostels, offices and corporate gifting. Email sales@homeplus.online or message us on WhatsApp with your requirements.
