This website, homeplusindia.com (previously homeplus.online), is operated by Chutti Garments, trading as Home Plus Retails (GSTIN 33BOBPP7086P1Z9), 2nd Floor, 9/91, Muthu Nagar, CAK Road, Karur 639002, Tamil Nadu, India. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" mean Chutti Garments, trading as Home Plus Retails, and "you" means anyone who visits the site or buys from us.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the site, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Delivery and Returns & Exchanges policies. Our store runs on Shopify, which provides the platform we use to sell to you.

2. Using our website

• You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or use the site with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
• You must not use our site or products for any unlawful purpose, or in a way that breaks any law that applies to you.
• You must not upload or send any virus or harmful code, or try to interfere with how the site works.
• We may suspend or end your access to the site if you break these terms.

3. Our products

• We do our best to show the colours, textures and details of our products accurately, but colours can look slightly different depending on your screen.
• Sizes and measurements are shown on each product page. Please check them before ordering.
• A product carries a certification (such as OEKO-TEX, GOTS or OCS) only where this is specifically mentioned on its product page.
• We may change or stop selling any product at any time.

Lifestyle images and videos

Some lifestyle images, styled scenes and videos on our website, social media and advertisements are created or enhanced with digital tools, including AI, to give you a feel for how our products can look in your home. Posts by creators and other users may also show our products in their own way. These are shared for inspiration, so colour, texture, size, finish, styling or contents may vary from the product you receive, and props are not included unless listed. The product description and product page images are the best guide to what you will receive, and every order is supplied as described on its product page.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹). Prices may change without notice, but the price you pay is the one shown when you place your order.
• Payments are handled by secure third-party payment providers. We do not see or store your full card details.
• If a product is listed at a wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount you have paid in full.

5. Orders

• We may refuse or cancel any order, and limit the quantity per person, household or order. This includes orders that appear to be placed by dealers or resellers.
• If we cancel or change your order after you have paid, we will tell you using the email or phone number you gave us and refund you in full for anything we cannot supply.
• Please make sure your contact, billing and delivery details are complete and correct, so we can deliver your order without delay.

6. Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is covered by our Shipping & Delivery policy, and exchanges, returns and refunds by our Returns & Exchanges policy. To start a return, use our return request form.

Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners or by events outside our control, and we do not offer compensation for late deliveries.

7. Accuracy of information

We work hard to keep the information on our site correct and up to date, but it may occasionally contain errors in descriptions, prices, offers, delivery times or availability. We may correct such errors, update information or cancel affected orders at any time, including after you have ordered, and will refund you in full for any cancelled order.

8. Third-party tools and links

Our site may include tools, content or links from third parties, such as payment, delivery tracking or review services. We do not control these and are not responsible for their content or how they work. Please read their own terms and policies before using them.

9. Reviews, comments and feedback

• If you send us reviews, photos, ideas or other feedback, you allow us to use, edit and publish them in any medium without payment to you.
• Your submissions must be honest and must not be unlawful, abusive, obscene or misleading, or infringe anyone else's rights.
• We may remove any content that we consider unsuitable.

All text, photos, graphics, logos and other content on this site belong to Home Plus Retails or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell or exploit any part of the site or its content without our written permission.

11. Prohibited uses

You must not use the site or its content to:

• break any law or encourage others to do so;
• infringe our intellectual property or anyone else's;
• harass, abuse, defame or discriminate against anyone;
• submit false or misleading information;
• collect or track other people's personal information;
• spam, phish, scrape or crawl the site; or
• get around or interfere with the site's security.

12. Our responsibility to you

We cannot promise that the site will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, such as loss of profit or data, arising from your use of the site or our products.

Using our products: Please use and care for our products as described on the product page, the care label and our Care Guide. We are not responsible for damage, wear or injury caused by misuse, alteration, accidents, improper washing or drying, or normal wear and tear after delivery. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the price you paid for it.

Nothing in these terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

13. Indemnity

You agree to compensate Home Plus Retails, our parent and group companies, and our staff and partners for any claim or demand, including reasonable legal costs, made by a third party because you broke these terms or the law.

14. General

• If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will still apply.
• If we do not enforce a right straight away, we can still enforce it later.
• These terms, together with the policies linked above, are the whole agreement between you and us about your use of the site.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Karur, Tamil Nadu, without affecting your right to approach a consumer commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We may update these terms from time to time by posting a new version on this page. Please check back now and then. If you keep using the site after changes are posted, you accept the updated terms.
