How we ship
- We send every order with the most suitable courier partner for your address.
- Some items are made for you after you order. These are ready to ship within 48 working hours.
- If your order has several items, they may arrive in separate parcels.
Tracking your order
You will receive email updates as your order is packed, shipped and out for delivery. You can also check its status anytime on our Track Your Order page.
Delays
All delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delivery can occasionally take longer for remote pin codes, during festivals and sale periods, or because of weather and other events outside our control. We are not responsible for delays caused by our courier partners or such events, and we do not offer compensation for late deliveries. If your order is running late, write to us at order@homeplus.online and we will look into it with the courier.
When your order arrives
Please check your parcel when it arrives. If anything is wrong or damaged, raise a request within 7 days of delivery, with photos of the product and its packaging, and we will put it right. See our Returns & Exchanges page for details.
International orders

What is your return and exchange policy?

Do you accept custom orders or bulk enquiries for businesses?
Yes. As the manufacturer, we can make custom sizes, colours and packing for hotels, hostels, offices and corporate gifting. Email sales@homeplus.online with your requirements.
